Eveit's Baby Shower

Family Violence Presentation during Adult Learner's Week

Well done to Greta Haywood (Family Violence Coordinator with the Brimbank Melton Community Legal Centre) who gave an engaging presentation on Family Violence to our English-language students. The presentation was well-attended and highly informative. Greta ought to be commended for her efforts to push ahead with the presentation despite suffering a broken foot.
Victorian Law Reform Commission visits the Centre to discuss its important work

Best Start

The Best Start program is intended to provide additional support to people exiting prison with a focus on reuniting and reconnecting parents with their children post-release. This program is targeted for clients who are currently in or coming out of a Correctional Institution, with one party residing within the Brimbank-Melton catchment area
New project to support disengaged young people

Daniela Gullaci has recently joined CommUnity+ to deliver the Capacity and Innovation Fund (CAIF) Project to support disengaged or at-risk youth from education, training and/or employment. Daniela is looking forward to taking on this exciting new project across the Brimbank, Wyndham, and Melton areas.
