This is a forum to learn and share information on the type of cross-sectoral approaches that organisations are using to deliver better client outcomes within existing resources. We will explore:
• How a multi-disciplinary approach results in better client outcomes
• What it means to keep clients at the centre of the process
• The resourcing of a multi-disciplinary approach– (e.g. multiple worker intake, case meetings, warm referrals)
• Using case studies to analysis the benefits of early intervention and prevention
