commUnity+ currently has several classrooms and office spaces that are available for hire or sub-lease.  The properties are located in Coburg, Broadmeadows, Deer Park and Watergardens.

The properties would suit community groups, training organisations, small business operators and the like.

Hire/lease options are flexible and the fees will be negotiated based on the synergies with commUnity+.

Vacancies exist during normal business hours as well as some evenings and weekends.

Service costs such as internet and cleaning can be included in the lease arrangements.
